Python Programming with AI
Build programming confidence from the ground up with Python: variables, logic, data structures, functions, files, OOP and AI-assisted coding with GitHub Copilot.
Program Overview
This Python training program is designed to build strong programming confidence from the ground up. It introduces participants to Python in a clear, practical and structured way, helping them move from basic understanding to writing simple, useful programs.
The training emphasizes hands-on learning, clean coding habits, logical thinking and real-world problem-solving using core Python concepts such as variables, conditions, loops, data collections, functions, files and basic object-oriented programming, and closes with AI-assisted Python development using GitHub Copilot.
Learning Objectives
- Understand Python setup, syntax, variables and basic operators
- Use conditions, loops, lists, dictionaries and strings in simple programs
- Create basic functions and work with simple files
- Understand simple error handling and basic object-oriented concepts
- Use GitHub Copilot to write, refactor and debug Python code
Audience Profile
Beginners with basic computer knowledge and comfort with files, folders and command-line concepts. No prior Python experience is required; basic programming exposure is helpful but not mandatory.
